Refunds for prepaid services not yet delivered may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of MELVARIONA. Any approved refund will exclude administrative costs and work already performed.

Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
